No Win No Fee

We will act on a Conditional Fee Agreement which is also known as a "No Win No Fee" agreement.

We believe that an injured client should receive 100% of damages awarded to them and we therefore Guarantee that we will not make any deduction from damages in the event of a successful outcome.

We will also cover the costs of expenses incurred on your behalf whilst pursuing your claim without asking you to fund these expenses up front.

We will recover our costs and expenses from the other side at the conclusion of the case in the event of a successful outcome.

If you lose your case, you will pay us nothing.
